- We will aim to reply via email within 4 hours during business opening times.
Wallpaper can be returned up to 28 days after date of purchase. However, it will need to be authorised and returned within this time frame. The following also applies:
- Any returned item/s must be unopened 'as new' in their original packaging when returned back to us.
- The customer is responsible to cover the costs of any Returns (we recommend using an insured carrier in case of any damages).
- Any damaged item/s will not be accepted or refunded.
- Once the item is received at Go Wallpaper and checked, we'll issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) for the product to your original payment method.
Some products are non-returnable, this is detailed in the basket before ordering and on your email order confirmation.
Any return requests for these product will not be accepted as a valid return.
