Does the Job
Perfect way to treat small isolated areas of damp. Easy to cut and I found it easier to paint the wall with the adhesive rather than the paper and then lay the dry paper on. No sign or smell of damp three months after. I have recommended this product to several people and would definintely use this again.

hi ho silver lining
outer wall of dining room showing signs of damp, saw this solution ,lined wall with foil, could not get crease free, used decorators seam roller to remove creases, overlapped at joins, allowed to dry out 1 week, covered with heavy lining paper 1400 weight pasted foil side and paper, used solvite paste ,allowed this to dry ,have coated with vynil matt emulsion ,wall looks fantastic, one tip,do not try to put extra long lengths of foil paper on at one time,i put 7.5 ft pieces on wall and joined at centre, very tricky to apply 15 foot length ,result at this time ,looking pretty good, willupdate later in year to see how results are

Excellent Product
We have lined our Son’s bedroom wall with Foil anti-damp paper overlaid with Wallrock thermal lining paper, as his room is very cold in the winter. Very impressed with how the product went on the walls although it does seem a little weird to hang as you have to put it on horizontally not vertically! You do need to keep the brush damp as the glue is a little hard to apply otherwise. I found the easiest way was to dampen the paper first by brushing it over with a little water then applying the glue. So far we are very happy with the result, when I walk into that room now that horrible damp smell has gone, we have yet to face the winter so will report again later. So far so good! Very impressed overall I found this company’s customer service excellent. I emailed for advice and within a few hours had a reply. I did have a very small problem with my order which was sorted out right away and with no fuss (what a rarity these days!) EXCELLENT, thanks (Originally Posted 21st August 2011)
