Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will try to do our best to help!

Returns Policy

Wallpaper can be returned up to 28 days after date of purchase. However, it will need to be authorised and returned within this time frame. The following also applies:

  • Any returned item/s must be unopened 'as new' in their original packaging when returned back to us.
  • The customer is responsible to cover the costs of any Returns (we recommend using an insured carrier in case of any damages).
  • Any damaged item/s will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Once the item is received at Go Wallpaper and checked, we'll issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) for the product to your original payment method.


Some products are non-returnable, this is detailed in the basket before ordering and on your email order confirmation.

Wallpaper Samples are also non-returnable. 

Any return requests for these product will not be accepted as a valid return.

  • Standard delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday; we are unable to confirm a time - on rare occasions your order may be delivered outside the above times.
  • Free postage and small items may be sent via Royal Mail which could take up to 4 days to arrive; this will be specified on the delivery information within the product pages. Occasionally orders may arrive as separate deliveries to ensure the best possible service from Go Wallpaper.
  • No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays or Sunday's.
  • Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date; time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Go Wallpaper shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Liability for the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.


You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the standard charge depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order, however you can choose at that point to change the delivery service if offered.

Force Majeure

Go Wallpaper shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so. We shall also have no liability for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Damaged Goods/Incorrect Received Goods

  • All orders need to be inspected once delivered, any discrepancies need to be emailed to us within 2 days.
  • Any shortages or damages must be reported to us by email within 2 days.
  • Any order visibly damaged on receipt must be signed as ‘Damaged’ 'on the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
  • Damages will be replaced within 3 working days.
  • Non Delivery of your order needs to be reported to us no later than 7 days from the date of your dispatch email.
  • Special Order items from the website once ordered cannot be cancelled or Refunded.
  • You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and a full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Go Wallpaper website, or by emailing us via the Help Centre.
  • if the order is delayed due to the courier and you wish to cancel, please refuse and once back it will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE if the delievery is delivered then it will need to be returned using the return section.
  • If the order has been processed and dispatched, then it will become your responsibility to return the order once delivered at your own cost.
  • If the order is refused when delivery is attempted, the return cost will be deducted from any refund that is due.
  • Once the item is received at Go Wallpaper, we'll issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) for the product to your original payment method.
  • There may be a 20% restocking fee for cancellations.

Availability of Goods You Order

If gowallpaper.co.uk has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by gowallpaper.co.uk from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Gowallpaper.co.uk will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: We endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Faulty items,

Go Wallpaper Ltd does not accept any liability for manufacturing faults, we are re-sellers of products purchased in from our suppliers, any claims that are made Go Wallpaper will liaise with the Suppliers/Manufacturers to try and resolve.

Any claims made will require the following before any Suppliers/Manufacturers will discuss further, photographic evidence, samples of the paper, a roll label for each roll faulty, if any decorators costs are claimed for if the paper is found to be faulty will require their City & Guilds certificate or Equivalent.

Changes to This Agreement

Gowallpaper.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

What is your cut off time for next working day delivery?

A: The options for delivery are available in the checkout, the cut off time is 2pm

How do I order wallpaper samples?

A: These can be added either from the category or product pages, however some products samples are not available.

How do I request the same wallpaper batch?

A: On your Initial order you will always get the same batch, if you need additional roll/s please use the following instructions

  • Click on the batch request box and enter the batch number required (please do not enter the product code).
  • Once you have entered the batch required, enter the number of rolls needed.
  • Then add to basket.
  • A pop up with then ask if you would except an alternative, click Yes or No (if No is selected a refund will be issues automatically if we don’t have the batch required).

Then go to the basket and you will see under the product code the batch requested (if this is not there then it has been done incorrectly, you will need to go back and follow the steps above).

Please Note: we are unable to advise on the batch you have received; this can be found on the roll label usually under the product code.

Can I combine my delivery charges for multiple items?

A: Delivery costs are simple and calculated at the checkout once the delivery day is selected..

How secure is your website?

A: Go Wallpaper is PCI DSS compliant and adheres to the latest secure online payment procedures. You'll notice that all of the checkout and payment pages’ use https protocol. We've added 3-D Secure as an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorised use of your credit card. Go Wallpaper cannot see any of you card details and do not store any data regarding this.
