I found that the coverage of this was fairly poor. I used a liter for just under 1 roll. it suggested about .75 l per roll. If you were using more then you will not have quite such an issue with the roller taking up lots of it.

This just seems like thick pva adhesive but I’d definitely use it next time with the damp proof paper as it’s convenient easy and effective.

Easy application and went a long way. Ideal consistency to spread and stick. Also used to apply decorative wallpaper over dampstop lining paper pasting straight over and it eliminated need to use paste table. May use on normal paper jobs in future.
