Even if it's cheap shouldn't mean that it's of poor quality. This is not vinyl wallpaper, it's very thin paper wallpaper that creases and becomes bubbled allover while sticking and the creases don't disappear when it's dry. And no matter what method of sticking wallpaper to the wall you've chosen. It's rubbish. The plaster print is beautiful though. UPD. As the seller doesn't believe me that it's not vinyl, I've attached the photo of the wallpaper,when it's torn from the wall,when you can see,that there is paper under the vinyl-like upper.
